Freight Transportation

Warehousing & Distribution
Three GTA warehouse locations with 150,000+ square feet of combined storage. Services include pallet-in/pallet-out storage, case picking, e-commerce order fulfilment, kitting and assembly, reverse logistics processing, and seasonal overflow. Climate-controlled zones, 24-hour security monitoring, and real-time inventory access through our web-based portal with lot tracking, expiry date management, and cycle counting.
Inventory Management
Demand forecasting, safety stock analysis, SKU rationalisation, and seasonal planning. Integrations with QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics. Vendor-managed inventory (VMI) programs for manufacturers and distributors, with replenishment decisions based on agreed parameters and service level targets. Periodic cycle counts and full physical inventory support.
Cross-Border Logistics
Canada-US cross-border management including customs documentation, tariff classification, and regulatory compliance. ACE filing, customs bond management, NAFTA/USMCA certificate preparation, and duty drawback administration. Service across key crossings: Windsor-Detroit, Fort Erie-Buffalo, Lacolle-Champlain, and Pacific Highway. Team stays current with CBSA and CBP regulatory changes.
Supply Chain Consulting
End-to-end supply chain assessment, transportation network optimisation, warehouse layout and material flow analysis, carrier rate benchmarking and RFP management, technology evaluation (WMS, TMS, ERP), and supply chain risk assessment. Each engagement concludes with an implementation roadmap with defined ROI timelines and measurable KPIs.
Last-Mile Delivery
Final-stage delivery across the GTA and Ontario markets. Scheduled delivery windows, real-time driver tracking, electronic proof of delivery with signatures and photos. Two-person teams for oversized items, furniture, and appliances. White-glove options include inside delivery, assembly, debris removal, and packaging takeaway.
